Consumer Electronics & Products
Cosmetic and structural parts that look and work like the final product.
Product teams use MASA FabWorks to bridge CAD and a physical product: molded enclosures, lenses, and buttons, machined metal frames and heat sinks, and sheet-metal chassis. We produce parts that look and feel like production, ready for user testing, demos, and pilot runs.

Engineering depth for consumer electronics & products programs
Cosmetic A-surface control
Visible surfaces are controlled with SPI or VDI texture specs, deliberate gate and witness-line placement, and rib design that avoids sink and warp on thick bosses.
Pilot runs without hard tooling
Vacuum casting gives near-injection surface fidelity for twenty to fifty pilot units, so cosmetic housings can go to market testing before a production mold is cut.
Thermal and structural in one part
Machined and die-cast aluminum heat sinks and mid-frames combine cooling and structure, with thin-wall die casting suited to compact electronic housings.

Standards & responsibility
ISO 9001 quality systems are held by the manufacturing facilities. Product-level approvals such as CE, FCC, and RoHS remain the responsibility of your team; FabWorks supplies the custom parts.
