CNC Machining Capabilities

CNC Milling
3-axis and 5-axis milling for prismatic and complex surface geometries. Suited for pockets, contours, slots, and freeform surfaces across all machinable materials.

CNC Turning
Precision turning of cylindrical, conical, and threaded features. Live tooling capability enables milled features on turned parts in a single setup.

Multi-Axis Machining
4-axis and 5-axis simultaneous machining for complex components that require compound angles and undercuts without repositioning, from precision medical parts to intricate industrial housings.

Wire EDM
Electrical discharge machining for intricate profiles, tight-tolerance slots, and hard materials. Ideal where conventional cutting tools cannot access the geometry.
Cut from solid, then measured
Your model is programmed and cut on Mazak, Brother, Doosan, BFW and Ace machining and turning centers covering 3-, 4- and 5-axis work, with Tsugami and Star Swiss-type automatics for small round parts, plus sink and wire EDM and surface grinders for what a cutter cannot reach. Parts are deburred and surface finished, then measured on ZEISS and HEXAGON CMMs, with roughness testers and a RoHS spectrograph in the same inspection room. Standard tolerance is 0.13 mm (0.005 in) across more than 50 materials.

Watch a part come off the machine
Thirty seconds on the floor: five axis machining centers, mill-turn, and the lathes that handle anything round.

Available Surface Finishes
As-Machined
Standard Ra 1.6 µm (63 µin) surface left as-cut. Cost-effective for functional parts.
Bead Blast
Uniform matte finish that removes tool marks. Common pre-treatment before anodize.
Anodize Type II
12–25 µm (0.5–1.0 mil) decorative oxide layer. Improves corrosion resistance. Available in clear, black, and custom colors.
Hard Anodize Type III
25–50 µm (1.0–2.0 mil) for wear-critical surfaces. Increases surface hardness to ~70 HRC equivalent.
Powder Coat
Durable thermoplastic or thermoset coating in any RAL / Pantone color.
Electroplating
Nickel, chrome, or zinc plating for conductivity, corrosion protection, or aesthetics.
Black Oxide
Conversion coating that provides mild corrosion resistance and reduces light reflection.
Passivation
Removes free iron from stainless steel surfaces to maximize corrosion resistance.
