Automotive
From prototype brackets to bridge-production housings, built to your drawings.
MASA FabWorks manufactures custom automotive components across CNC machining, die casting, injection molding, sheet metal, and 3D printing. We produce tight-tolerance machined and cast parts in production-representative alloys and resins, with first-article inspection on every order. Work spans prototype and validation builds through low and mid-volume bridge production.

Engineering depth for automotive programs
Material grade drives the design
Structural brackets run in 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 for strength-to-weight, cast housings use A380 and ADC12 aluminum, and under-hood molded parts use glass-filled grades such as PA66-GF30 for heat and load.
Tolerances quoted as ranges
Machined features hold routine ±0.05 mm and precision ±0.01 to 0.02 mm. As-cast surfaces run looser, with critical faces CNC-finished to ±0.05 to 0.1 mm. Every value is geometry and material dependent.
Parts across every vehicle system
From powertrain and chassis brackets to electronics enclosures, connector housings, and interior trim, we cover mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic parts on a single purchase order.
Right process for the volume
CNC, 3D printing, and vacuum casting cover prototype and one-off parts. Die casting and injection molding are hard-tooled for bridge and low to mid volume.

CNC Machining
Subtractive machining from solid stock gives full geometric freedom, tight tolerances, and true production-material properties with no hard tooling, ideal for uprights, brackets, and manifolds.
