Instruments, Sensors & Test Equipment
Housings, enclosures, and mounts for instruments that go into the field and onto the bench.
Instrument and sensor teams use MASA FabWorks for machined probe bodies and sensor housings, molded field enclosures and handheld meter housings, sheet-metal instrument chassis, mounting brackets, and test fixtures. Product lines like these run many variants at low volume, so there is no minimum order, and each variant keeps its own file and numbers for every reorder.

Built around how instrument teams buy parts
Many variants, low volumes
A sensor family can mean dozens of housings, probe lengths, and mounts, each needed in small numbers. There is no minimum order, and a reorder of any variant runs from the same file to the same numbers, with watching for drift on us.
Enclosures for the field
Gasket grooves, sealed cable entries, corrosion-resistant 316 stainless and anodized aluminum, and UV-stable resins, built to your drawing. The sealing rating of the finished instrument is set and tested by your team.
A second source alongside your current manufacturer
If a manufacturer already builds your instrument, we can take the parts it does not, like mounts, fixtures, and new housings, or run alongside it as a second source. Every part is inspected against your drawing, with the report posted to your project.
Fixtures for test and calibration
Printed and machined nests, clamps, and calibration fixtures for your test stations, made from the same CAD as the product, so a new sensor revision gets matching fixtures without a separate vendor.
