Telecommunications
RF, thermal, and enclosure hardware for communications equipment.
Communications teams use MASA FabWorks for die-cast RF enclosures and radio housings, machined heat sinks, waveguide, and filter components, molded antenna housings, and fabricated outdoor cabinets. We combine EMI shielding, thermal management, and ingress protection in parts built to your drawings.

EMI shielding and thermal in one casting
Die-cast aluminum attenuates RF while cooling fins are cast into the same wall, so a single housing can shield a high-power radio module and dissipate its heat.
Conductive, corrosion-resistant finishes
Chromate conversion coatings give a conductive, corrosion-resistant surface where the housing also acts as a ground plane or shield, with IP-rated gasketing for outdoor units.
RF-transparent housings where needed
Antenna housings and radomes are molded in UV-stable, RF-transparent polymers, so the enclosure protects the electronics without attenuating the signal.
