Robotics & Automation
Structural, actuator, and end-of-arm hardware that keeps your build on schedule.
Robotics teams use MASA FabWorks for machined structural links, actuator and gearbox housings, grippers, and control enclosures. We hold the tight tolerances that bearing seats and gear meshes demand, so your team can stay focused on controls and software.

Engineering depth for robotics & automation programs
Stiffness-to-weight on moving axes
Links and arms in aluminum, and carbon-filled nylon for light structures, lower inertia on dynamic axes, which reduces servo load and settling time. Rib and wall design matter more than raw grade.
Precision at bearing and gear interfaces
Bearing seats, press fits, and gear-mesh centers are machined to IT7 or tighter, roughly ±0.01 to 0.02 mm. Cast housings are CNC-finished at their critical bores.
One partner for the mechanical stack
Structural links, housings, brackets, enclosures, and printed fixtures ship on a single purchase order, machined and cast in production-representative materials.

Representative parts we manufacture for this industry. Every part is quoted to your drawings and materials.
CNC Machining
Machining from solid gives the tight bores and flatness that grippers, gear housings, and structural links need, in aluminum and tool steel.
