Medical
Component and prototype supply for diagnostic, lab, and handheld device programs.
Medical device teams use MASA FabWorks for machined instrument components, molded enclosures, fluidic manifolds, and single-use fixtures. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications; device classification, biocompatibility validation, and regulatory clearance stay with your team. Resins and metals can be specified to meet the standards your device requires.

Materials matched to sterilization
Autoclave, EtO, and gamma each favor different materials. Repeated steam sterilization suits 316L and 17-4PH stainless and PEEK; polymer choice follows the sterilization route your device uses.
Cleanable, corrosion-resistant surfaces
Stainless instrument components are passivated to ASTM A967 and finished to a low surface roughness so there are no crevices for biofilm, which matters for reprocessed instruments.
Biocompatibility is specified, not assumed
We can mold and machine in resins that can be specified to meet ISO 10993 or USP Class VI requirements. Testing and validation of the finished device remain owned by your quality team.
