Energy & Renewables
Power-electronics, battery, and mounting hardware for the energy transition.
Energy teams use MASA FabWorks for machined battery end plates, busbars, and solar mounting hardware, die-cast inverter and power-electronics housings, and fabricated battery trays and charger enclosures. We build weatherproof, thermally managed parts for equipment that has to last decades outdoors.

Engineering depth for energy & renewables programs
Built for decades outdoors
Enclosures are specified to IP54 through IP67 with UV-stable polymers such as ASA and PC, plus anodize, powder coat, and stainless fasteners for long outdoor service.
Busbar and end-plate material logic
Copper suits compact, high-current cell interconnects; aluminum suits larger modules and grid storage where weight and cost dominate. Thermal-interface flatness and current rating are the load-bearing specs.
Thermal management for power electronics
Machined and die-cast aluminum heat sinks and finned inverter housings move heat away from inverters, chargers, and battery modules under sustained load.
